Wellness 101 Self-Care Circle

 

An intimate journey through eight crucial areas of wellness.

And I believe that journey can be amazing when taken in the company of those who share a common desire: A radiant life.

 
 

Join me and a select group of like-minded women on a journey to Go Inward, connect and transform

When you take time to pause and find your truth, transformation happens. You may not even know what you are looking for, but you know something feels off. The longer you keep it in, the bigger it gets.

Attending a womens self care circle is a form of radical wellness where you will gift yourself the wisdom of clarity, connection and balance.

 

What is a self-care circle?

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will focus on each area with a set of small exercises leading to a weekly call. In each call we will have a time to share what came forward for us during the week, a moment of quiet and calm as we meditate together.

I’ve spent over 30 years in the health & fitness industry as an athlete, trainer, speaker, educator, and coach. As a Wellness Coach, I love connecting with people and finding out what makes them thrive. I feel most filled up when I help women embody their strengths and capabilities from the inside out.

 
 
 
 

THE RITUAL OF WOMEN GATHERING IS UNIVERSAL AND HISTORICAL…

Circles with a sacred center are ancient, and one of the oldest forms of interaction where food and stories were shared and traditions and wisdom kept them alive and healthy.

Today, these beautiful circles of women create stronger community, and for two hours we can unplug from the needs of our outer worlds and go inward, gently calming our nervous systems.

The connection and calming not only feels good...it contains a ripple effect that also positively impacts those closest to us. This is a ritual that is literally designed to combat depression, anxiety and loneliness.

We can also expect women’s circles to grow into work environments as more corporate workplaces create perks of a feminine leadership model based on cooperation and equality.

 

An intimate experience.

I want to bring you on a journey of wellness as an individual, with your whole being.

This is a small circle, with no more than 10 women, all on a similar path with similar goals. We will be there to support each other.

But that means there are limited seats available. Please don’t miss out on this beautiful experience.
