My role is to help you build the confidence, clarity, and tools to make real change—through awareness, accountability, and consistent action. Our one-on-one sessions are personal, honest, and practical. Step by step, you’ll gain insight, direction, and the courage to follow through.

What the journey looks like…

01. Weekly Sessions

We meet for 50 minutes on Zoom once a week for approximately 9 weeks.

02. Homework

Each week you will be given ‘action steps’ to complete before our next meeting. These small assignments are original and specialized for you and the goals you are working towards

03. ALSO Included

Email and chat support between coaching sessions.
