I believe that self care is a way of life and not a trend or hobby. I help smart women design a balanced and healthy life that they don’t want to escape from. I want you to look in the mirror and love what you see.
My vision for you is to have the confidence, strength, and tools to make powerful changes in your life. Our intimate, one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to support you step by step with accountability so that you get the answers and the tools you’ve been longing for, but haven’t known how to get.

We meet for 50 minutes on Zoom once a week for approximately 9 weeks.
02. Homework
Each week you will be given tasks to complete before our next meeting. These small assignments are original and specialized for you and the goals you are working towards

I’ve found my sweet spot as a Wellness Coach and Women’s Circle Facilitator.
I feel immensely grateful to be in a place in life where my life experiences, education, and innate gifts have come together to help other women see how self care and wellness is really about becoming the women they want to be.
With over 35 years in the health & fitness industry as an athlete, trainer, speaker, educator, and coach, I feel most filled up when I help women create lives from which they no longer want to escape.
